We understand that camps do not usually have the budget for our suggested pricing. We can be very flexible on pricing so do not be afraid to ask if we can come for your budget. All we ask is that you do your best.

We recommend an hour and a half including altar times. If you want the most out of our ministry time with you and meaningful times of ministry “Altar Times” we recommend being flexible on service times. We do not purposely go long. Jerry is very good at keeping everything into the hour and a half allotted time slot. However if there is no pressure to be over at a certain time things usually go better as far as the ministry time. We do not take advantage of this freedom and will not go long every service. 

No. It’s not within our range of talent however Jerry leads the children into a time of worship around the altar at the end of some of our services. Praise and worship is not necessary for us to minister; however, if you want praise and worship every service someone from your camp will need to provide it.

While we can make adjustments to our stage for smaller locations, our default stage setup requires a stage that is 30 feet wide, 10 feet deep, and 10 feet of overhead clearance. Our truss system for lights is 30 feet wide, and needs to be 30 feet in front of the stage.

The Jubilee Gang travels with all the equipment they need, from lights and sound equipment, to stage and backdrop. Providing we have enough space to set up and the electrical requirements. If you have questions about these things please contact Jerry. We can make adjustments or scale down to accommodate you.

We prefer to use our own gear as it eliminates the unknowns of using unfamiliar equipment.
