We are very flexible on pricing for outreaches. It's our heart to reach children and families outside of church buildings. We don't really set a price for outreaches because we just want to reach people. All we ask is that you do your best to help cover the cost of our travel expenses and the cost of putting on the program if possible.

We understand that smaller churches may have a limited budget, and we can work with you on pricing if you are flexible with scheduling and we can arrange for a date to stop by between larger events.

Our truck and outreach trailer are between 30 and 40 feet long. We put a 10x10 tent on each end of our rig for shaved ice and hot dogs.

We prefer an open area like a parking lot, fairly flat field or a large cul de sac area at the end of a street. However we can make adjustments and will try our best to work with the area we have available.

Our outreach trailer is pretty much self contained with a built in LED Video Wall and sound. we also bring our Large Hot dog roller grill and shaved ice machine. everything runs off a generator that we bring. 

Occasionally we will ask churches or organizations to provide hot dogs and buns and a place to store Ice for the shaved ice machine. when we are traveling out of state we also need volunteers to help cook hot dogs and make shaved ice and a set up and tear down crew with strong backs.
